My little story...
Funk Kool Threads says it all in the name. We're a brand focused on curating second-hand clothing of not the everyday person would wear. ​FKT shop is full of clothing ranging from the 50's, 90's, to y2k. The shop is all about lowering your carbon footprint while creating a curated closet that is sure to turn heads.

We bring you a mix of colorful, vintage, and funky threads. Each piece is individually selected for it’s quality and relevance, blending both timeless and unique pieces. Funky Kool Threads blends creativity and expression! We salute and encourage you to be different; to wear different clothing, and wear what the FUNK you want.

I always had a passion for thrifting. It stemmed from my childhood-- my mom taking my siblings and I to shop at our local second-hand stores in our small town of Fillmore, CA and I have been hooked ever since. Throughout the years, I worked towards becoming a full-time hairstylist and full-time mama.
However, about three years ago, I decided to sell my treasures after having two babies and feeling the need to ignite my passion for thrifting again. Oh! I forgot to mention, I also started my YouTube Channel. (p.s. Be sure to Subscribe to my channel!)
On any given day you will find me treasure hunting through all the bins at any local second-hand store in the Central Valley or spending time with my kids and vato here in California. I believe wearing vintage and pre-loved clothing is an easy thing we can do to be sustainable and responsible for the land around us.
We wish to do our part to lessen the often negative impact of the garment industry on people and the environment. Offering well picked, re-sourced goods is the best form of recycling!
